Beginning in 2019 the newsletter has been upgraded to EPUB book .  This format allows embedded video to play, single point photo galleries, and modern options not available in PDF.  It is perfect for mobile phones and devices as well as e-readers.

Best is to use the free NOOK app or program to read.  (Kindle does not work.)  Other options: For Windows try Adobe Digital Extensions, Sumatra, Calibre, Freda, Ice cream, etc.  For Mac use iBooks, Calibre, Adobe Digital Extensions,  Kinda, FB Reader, etc  For Mobile Devices try: I Books, Google Play Books, Freda, Calibre, Kobo, Ice cream, etc.  Note: Calibre can convert epub’s for reading on any Kindle as well.
